* Never, ever feel alone. Because there's someone who will always be with you. He was with you even before you were in your mother's wound and He'll be with you now, and up to your last breath.

*Be thankful for the people around you.

* Be thankful for what you have. Know the difference between the things you need from the things you want.

* Love your enemies. If someone tells you that you suck respond by saying "God bless you."

* Be true. To yourself and what you believe in.

*Be you. Be proud of your abilities, know your limits,do the things you love to do, and never give up trying to improve yourself.

*Yell out your anger, cry out your pain. It's never good to keep it all inside
